Compared to others franchises I would be sad to see it ending. I don't have any feelings about that FNAF is over now.
I mean, there were too much over popularity about this game series, I'm not against the fans, I actually found the fanarts funny and not bad at all, but it would be more likable if the sequels of the first Five Night at Freddy's comes slowly after the first release. What I mean is that the second game should be released in 2015 and not in November 2014 because like they said in a teaser image "Grand reopening in 2015" and you want to know why it's been released earlier? Because of fans's harrasments.
So that's why I'm not suprised that FNAF series comes to an end. Scott Cawthon needs a break, and I can understand that.
Besides, it's not started yet, but I projected to make a short comic of Ludwig having a job in Freddy Fazbear's pizzeria. But there won't have any connections to the actual timeline of the games.
