Ludwig von Koopa as The liquidator

Another pic of koopalings as fearsome four from Darkwing Duck. Now I choose Ludwig, and I transform him into The Liquidator, the most dreadful villain of Darkwing Duck's series (I think). I aslo choose Ludwig as the liquidator because before to be a villain, The liquidator was a businessman and a truly gentleman, just like Luddy.
